Turn business needs into working solutions that improve field execution, data visibility, and client outcomes. Business Analyst will own discovery, requirements, and delivery coordination across our retail execution platforms, mobile apps, and BI/analytics
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Discovery & Requirements
Model processes, map data flows, and define success metrics.
Run interviews, store/market immersions, and workshops to capture pain points and goals across Sales, Operations, and Clients.
Translate insights into BRD/PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non- functional requirements.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor adoption/usage; iterate based on insights.
Define BI use cases and KPI definitions; collaborate to build dashboards for clients and internal teams.
Solution & Delivery
Coordinate sprints, clarify requirements daily, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders updated.
Define data needs with Data Engineering (source→staging→mart), privacy and access controls.
Groom backlog, prioritize and maintain release scope.
Partner with Account, Field Operations, Dev to shape feasible, testable solutions (incl. wireframes with Figma/Miro).
Testing & Readiness
Ensure training guides, quick- reference cards, and change communications are delivered pre- go- live.
Prepare UAT plans/scripts, lead UAT cycles, track defects to closure; validate data accuracy and performance SLAs.
Governance & Compliance
Align with security, PDPA/data privacy expectations, and client contractual obligations.
Maintain single source of truth for requirements and decisions
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong process mapping, requirements writing, and stakeholder facilitation;
College/ Bachelor’s Degree in System Analysis and Design or other relevant fields;
1- 2 years of experience in Tech/Data or Operations; experience in FMCG, retail execution, merchandising, field force is a strong plus;
Familiar with Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps (backlog), Confluence/SharePoint (document), Figma/Miro (wireframe), Power BI (dashboards) is a plus;
Understanding of data concepts; basic SQL knowledge is a plus;
Good communication in Vietnamese & English; crisp documentation skills
