Responsibilities
Create and update process flows, wireframes, and mockups (with tools like Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.)
Translate business needs into clear and structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the product team
Collaborate with QA to define test scenarios and support UAT
Help ensure feature releases meet business needs through requirement traceability and validation
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand pain points and define solutions
Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business and system requirements
Requirements
Ability to write clear, concise user stories and technical documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital product environments
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like ClickUp
Nice to Have
Experience in Web3, fintech, SaaS, or decentralized platforms
Proficiency in Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io, or equivalent tools
Familiarity with APIs, data flows, or basic database structure (e.g., can understand entity- relationship diagrams)
Experience working with cross- functional teams including dev, QA, design, and marketing
