Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Technical BA to improve our information technology systems with duties including developing software programs to improve our business operations
Roles and Responsibilities:

Create and execute testing plans and coordinate both the System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test;
Work closely with the technology team to articulate business requirements and translate into technical specifications
Performing system analyzes on software programs, applications, and web services
Support in the Business- As- Usual activities and ensure that users requirements and requests are delivered timely, accurately and successfully
Evaluate the data requested and channel the requests to relevant applications team for extraction
Demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design
Analyzing and improving the performance of web- based customer portals and support services
Identify obstacles, proactively mitigate risks and escalate issues to be resolved effectively
Work with a variety of different departments (stakeholders) within the bank to gather information to determine the requirements, and give a report to the stakeholders on how the organization can improve its operations

Requirements:

Presentation skills.
Problem- solving skills.
Experience in working on multiple projects at one time.
Management and implementation skills.
Experience in transaction activities and electronic payments.
Experience in writing SQL queries and using data visualization techniques and tools
Graduated from University or higher in the fields of Information Technology or Banking and Finance.
In- depth research and analytical skills.
Have participated in related projects at banks or e- commerce and financial technology (fintech) companies.
Have at least 3 years of knowledge and experience as a BA in the field of online transactions or relevant experience in a financial institution.
Foreign language skills (English reading comprehension and fluent communication).
Extensive experience in researching and analyzing market trends and business processes.
Have knowledge about banking products.
