Senior Technical Business Analyst

ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst within NAB, you&039;ll engage with stakeholders to shape and break down initiatives for Agile Engineering squads, while managing prioritization of user stories with Product Owners and User Experience Teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

Provide reporting to executive leader
Communicate iteration priorities, feature sets, roadmaps, and customer feedback to a variety of different stakeholders and executives
Leading Business improvement, transformation projects
Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business
Work with different team/ business unit such as security, architect; Work with data team to build dashboard
Elicit requirements so when there are business changes, be able to know what is required business do differently and standardize the process
Produce relevant documentation and keep them timely updated and transparent with the team
Be able to grasp what business wants to reach the GAP of business and transfer to respective teams
Represent the project team at workshops, presentations, showcases, and other meetings as appropriate, ensuring any decisions made are communicated back to the engineering team
Engage and discuss with the client on the status of a project, as well as constantly ensure our clients&039; requirements are understood by the team
Apply strong Business Analysis skills and methodologies to ensure that what is produced is aligned and value maximized for our customers
Support and review the testing scenarios, test data and defects verification throughout the delivery
Having set of skills: Data analyst, reporting (no need advance level because having person is working on data reporting)

Must have

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with detail- oriented mindset
Good skill in Elicitation and Requirement analysis & documentation with a high- level focus on details
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) and strong Presentation capabilities;
Experience in the UI/UX or understanding of user- centric mindset
Working knowledge of technical concepts (e.g. user interfaces, API, databases system integration) and dealing with technical stakeholders
Hands- on experience in influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Product Owners, Solution Designers and Architects
Very good critical thinking, “dare to speak up”, provide consulting to business
Advanced skills in using suitable tools for business modelling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mock- ups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
Good Project management skills, transformation skills
At least 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with highly developed Technical Analysis skills
Experience with Agile methodology, especially Scrum framework

Nice to have

Bachelor&039;s Degree, preferably in IT/Engineer, Business Information System, Computer Science or related areas
Any additional certification or training in BA, PO, UX, or related area (e.g. PSPO, CSPO, CBAP) (preferred)
Have basic knowledge of cloud- based technologies (Amazon Web Services is preferred)
Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry (Preferred)
Experience or knowledge of BABOK® Knowledge Areas is a plus
