Business Analyst

• Gather and analyst business requirements and propose optimal solution to clients.
• Communicate/liaise actively with Business Users for any requirement clarification or feature study to build requirement specification documents and manage requirements.
• Review business requirements and deliver detailed requirement analysis in an accurate and timely manner. Highlight any requirement conflict and propose optimal solutions to clients.
• Attend/conduct project meeting with Business Users for requirement gathering.
• Deliver document write-up such as Business Requirement Document, Functional, Specification Document, User Guide, Feature Study and other document that might be required.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure proper understanding of the business requirements so that feature can be delivered on time.
• Liaise actively with Business Users for any requirement clarification, issue highlight as well as project discussion.
• Assist in software quality assurance and testing in all testing environments as well as Production environment.
• Provide mentoring/training where necessary.

• Have 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA). Possess hands-on experience in handling business requirements directly with Business Users.
• Strong knowledge of BA processes.
• Familiar with and possess hands-on experience in writing Business Requirement Document, Use case document as well as Functional Specification document and in preparing UI mockup.
• Good knowledge of testing processes and methodologies. Understanding of data flow, report data. Preferably with a minimum of  2 years of experience in Software mobile & web Testing.
• Possess good analytical skill, able to think in systematic manner and pay attention to details.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written. Able to express ideas clearly and concisely.
• Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry. Friendly personality who can cooperate well with other team members and able to adapt well to changes.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset.
• Self-initiated and proactive team player who can work with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent time-management and task-management skills. Able to multi-tasks.
• Willing to travel for business meetings.
• Problem solving:
  - Determine the potential causes of the problem.
  - Analyze multiple alternatives, risks, and benefits for a range of potential solutions.
  - Proactively collaborate with impacted stakeholders.
• Business Consultant: 
      - Have a good understanding of the business area when working with clients. 
      - Build good working relationships with partners to provide clear advice and support to improve understanding and awareness within the business.
      - Support business decisions with clear explanations of the business.
• Have experience in doing Enterprise projects ( ERP, CRM, SCM,..) Or industry domain knowledge ( FinTech, ecom, InsuranceTech) : Advance.
• Knowledge of Budget Management, Business Plan and Rolling Estimate: Advance.
