Manage stakeholders effectively to support and drive Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and project updates.
Provide continuous support for implemented solutions, ensuring they remain aligned with business strategies and goals.
Work alongside Project Managers to align business analysis tasks with overall project schedules.
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps or improvement opportunities, and propose suitable solutions.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process maps.
Deliver user training sessions as needed.
Collaborate closely with development and technical teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, along with core Agile principles.
Hands- on experience using requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast- paced environment.
Basic familiarity with SQL is an added advantage.
Background in Fintech is considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience using business analysis tools such as Axure RP or similar platforms.
A detail- oriented and analytical mindset, paired with strong critical- thinking and problem- solving abilities.
Proficient in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and related documentation.
1–3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong ENGLISH communication skills are required. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
