As we continue to scale our impact across Asia, we are transitioning from a fully bespoke Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to a hybrid architecture—blending our specialized capabilities with a modern, widely used EHR solution. We’re looking for a Business Analyst with healthcare system design experience to help lead this important transformation.
Key ResponsibilitiesEHR Transformation Leadership
Drive the strategic migration from a custom EHR to an integrated, hybrid model by analyzing business needs, clinical workflows, and technical capabilities.
Partner with cross- functional teams to identify legacy components to retain, enhance, or replace.
Requirements Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with clinicians, operations, developers, and product owners to document and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Gap Analysis & System Mapping
Evaluate differences between existing and target EHR systems, helping define what should remain bespoke and what can be adopted from commercial solutions
Workflow Redesign & Optimization
Ensure that proposed workflows are efficient, compliant, and clinically viable.
Vendor & Integration Coordination
Liaise with external EHR providers to configure integrations and maintain interoperability.
Robust Understanding of HL7 interoperability with EMRs, HIE, DICOM + Experience with LIMS systems.
Documentation & Testing Support
Write BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and process flows; support training and testing phases.
End- to- End Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management
Lead the full product development lifecycle, including planning, managing sprint processes, and coordinating across Development, Product Ownership, and Quality Control teams.
Conduct product demos, facilitate user adoption, and manage feedback loops to drive continuous post- release improvements.
