Business Analyst Intern

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern for our Hanoi Office to help customers maximize the value of our data platform, successfully adopt our product, and assist them with technical problems. This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to support user decision- making and user reports.
At Palexy, we develop a pioneering AI- powered SaaS platform that can turn existing retail data, including CCTV footage, POS data, staff scheduling data, promotional calendar data, etc. into actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal team to gather and resolve Customer requirements
Assist to analyze retail metrics, finding rooms to improve store performance and packaging business use cases
Familiar with simple data processing and visualizations.
Assist to prepare and create weekly reports, monthly reports and presentation materials as and when needed.
Other ad- hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and skills

Proficiency in Google Sheet/Microsoft Excel (including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization) and Google Slides
Good command in English
Have previous working/internship experience
Good at data analysis and problem- solving skills
Final year Student or graduate within 2 years
A quick learner in new technology tool
Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks
