Business Analyst (IT/Gaming Industry) - Junior Up

We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented Business Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to define, analyze, and deliver solutions that align with business goals. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting analyses, and supporting the successful delivery of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Data- Driven Business Insights:
- Work closely with data analysts to transform player data, game metrics, and financial reports into actionable insights that fuel business growth.
- Lead deep dives into game performance metrics (e.g., ARPU, LTV, retention rates) to identify key growth levers and areas for optimization.
Process Mapping & Improvement:
- Create process maps, user stories, and use cases to provide clear documentation of current and future state processes.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Solution Design & Specification:
- Assist in the evaluation of potential IT solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs and technology alignment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user interface (UI) designs, and data models.
Project Support & Coordination:
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and documenting results.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of IT projects by tracking progress, managing risks, and coordinating communication among stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to provide stakeholders with regular updates on project progress and business impacts.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Management & Training:
- Assist in creating user guides, training materials, and support documentation.
- Support change management efforts by helping to plan and execute training programs for end users.

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Gaming Industry as a plus
- Educational Background: Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Growth- Oriented Mindset: Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and capitalizing on growth opportunities within the gaming or technology sector.
- Strong ability to balance short- term wins with long- term strategic planning to drive sustainable business growth.
Skill:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or other process mapping software.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management software like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to collaborate closely with data analysts to understand and leverage player data for business growth.
- Competency in data analysis, with experience in tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL being a plus.
- Strong ability to analyze business problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
Communication & Documentation:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, detailed documentation for both technical and non- technical audiences.
Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills:
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Problem- Solving:
- Ability to think critically and strategically while maintaining attention to detail in fast- paced environments.
Time Management:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT environments, including software development, system integration, or enterprise- level IT projects.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI- PBA, or similar.
