Business Analyst

Facilitate to solve problems, make project run smoothly.
Present about our product to customers if necessary.
Support Presales to estimate effort, make proposals.
Prepare & communicate BA information to stakeholders.
Specify & model requirements by modelling tools & define design options in SRS, PDD (Process Definition Document) documents.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze business requirements.
Consult, suggest end users to improve the productivity of to- be business process.
Verify the solution outcome of Development team.

Solid experience on project documentation, defining workflow, business process development, alternatives analysis, risk assessment, and recommendation.
2- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst (on large, complex projects is an advantage).
Have knowledge in Finance and Banking, HRM, E- Approve/ MES/ ERP or related system is a big plus.
Proactive, hard- working, high responsibility and commitment are mandatory characters for candidate who wants to join our team.
