Responsibilities:
Receive, clarify, analyze, and consult on business requirements from stakeholders.
Address other collaboration needs as necessary.
Use different types of diagrams, charts, and illustrations to present information.
Create business requirement documentation that is customized for different levels and audiences.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that the product/project operates according to the designed business requirements.
Conduct project acceptance testing with relevant parties.
Follow up, support, and provide accurate and comprehensive information to relevant parties.
Create wireframes, mock- ups, and various design sketches.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in UML.
At least 3 years of experience in a BA role and 1 year in a leadership position.
Good knowledge of UI/UX and user habits.
Ability to explain technical concepts to end- users in understandable terms.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective planning and team management skills.
Proficiency in reading and understanding English documents, with basic English communication skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree Bachelor&039;s degree in IT or related field.
Huge plus if you have:
Knowledge of Agile.
Experience and knowledge in various industries are a plus.
Relevant certifications in BA or related fields.
