Business Analyst Manager

Demonstrate a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of projects
Create wireframes and mock- ups to visualize solutions
Apply data analytics skills to inform decision- making (preferred)
Manage the full software development life- cycle (preferred)
Apply logical thinking and problem- solving skills to complex business challenges
Lead and manage a team of 3- 4 Level 1 and Level 2 Business Analysts, including coaching, goal- setting, and performance management
Develop and maintain key documentation including SRS, BRD, and FRD
Work with customers and other departments to gather and analyze business requirements
Work with other technical heads to design and propose solutions
Utilize project management methodologies to ensure project success (preferred)
Support the Head of Department on relevant projects and initiatives
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions

Work location: Anna Biulding, Quang Trung QTSC, Tân Chánh Hiệp, District 12, HCMC
Working time: 8:00- 17:50 (have flextime policy)

Data analytics skills are a plus
Ability to focus on and define long- term vision
Excellent understanding of software development life- cycle
Ability to work in a fast- paced, disciplined environment
Proven experience in a senior- level position, with management experience preferred
Strong technical skills in document writing, wireframing, and mock- up creation
Strong logical thinking and problem- solving abilities
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Project Management roles
Solid project management skills
Proficiency in office tools and wireframing software
Comfortable working across various and diverse business domains
