Business Analyst

Analyze, and document business requirements
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Possess knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement)
Transfer the business requirement and specification for development team and quality team
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand- ups
Write the acceptance criteria
Ensure the maintenance of project documentation, encompassing user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans
Communication with clients to clear/receive the high level functional requirements
Monitor team progress diligently and proactively identify and resolve impediments that may impact sprint goals
Provide detailed specification with mockup, workflow as well as details rules for user stories
Ensure the engineering team delivers features that fulfill business values for end customers
Perform user acceptance testing and validate the user stories
Thinking for technical/functional/UI design and give the solution

Understand and knowledge on Figma
Good in English (speaking + listening)
Logical thinking
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Good in Word/Excel/Power Point
Have knowledge on a backend language (such as Java, Golang…), API, database

Nice to have

Management skill is a plus
Have knowledge on a frontend language (ReactJS, VueJS, Mobile language…)
