Business Analyst onsite in Tan Binh (6 months contract)

In charge of composing and finishing BRD/ISD/FSD updates and documentation on the system and the project.
Directly report to the IT PM
Master data, stream data, and data analysis
Coordinated system evaluation and assistance
Assist with test case preparation, authoring, and execution
Examine and simulate procedures.
Assume primary accountability for overseeing, coordinating, supporting, and managing the designated systems.
Participate in PGI Company&039;s Digital Transformation process as a critical and long- term component.
Help the management and development teams create the best possible solutions.
Analyze procedures and roles to enhance quality and customer service in line with the Distribution & Retail business strategy.
Gather information, make an identity request, and share it with the appropriate agencies.
Always keep a tight eye on the project and serve as a liaison with partners, application development units, and BUs.

Fundamental state:
Possess expertise in WMS, DMS, OMS, TMS, customer service, or CRM
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
University Bachelor of College
Possess prior experience working in a corporate setting related to distribution and retail, or have deployed

Nice to have

Make use of Tools: Visio, Draw, Miro, URD
Time: Monday- Friday (On Saturday, support is provided if needed)
Proficiency in Data Analysis, PowerBI, and Google Looker Studio Utilize high- pressure tools such as Visio, Draw, Miro, and Capacity to finish SRS, ERD, SQL, and Reporting/BI
Location: 5- 7, D52 Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District.
Knowledge of Group, Omni Channel, E- Commerce, and Large Enterprise
SAP B1 ERP implementation experience
