RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering
• Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and the technical team to ensure expectations are aligned from Day 1.
• Conduct elicitation sessions (calls, meetings) to capture detailed requirements, ensuring a consulting- led approach rather than just order- taking.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Presales teams to take over potential leads and engage in deep- dive discussions with global customers to understand their pain points and business goals.
Requirement Translation & Analysis
• Translate complex client needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and business workflows that are easily understood by the Client, the Business Development team, and the Engineering team.
• Utilize AI- powered documentation tools to speed up the creation of Requirement Specification Documents (SRS) and ensure clarity across all parties.
Rapid Prototyping & Solution Design
• AI- Driven Design: Move beyond traditional wireframing; use Generative AI tools to create quick, high- fidelity mockups and prototypes that instantly visualize the solution for the client.
Collaborate with the engineering team to design technical solutions that are scalable and aligned with the client’s budget and timeline.
Proposal Composition
• Lead the creation of the full proposal package. This includes:
• Technical Solution: Architecture and tech stack recommendation.
• Quote: Collaborating with the business team to finalize pricing.
• Timeline: Estimating project duration.
• Resource Allocation: Defining the necessary team structure.
Presentation & Stakeholder Management
• Demonstrate the value of the proposed solution effectively to both technical and non- technical audiences.
• Present detailed requirements and full proposals to internal teams (for feasibility checks) and external clients (for approval).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
• 3- 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Presales, or Technical Consultant role within a software development environment.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for requirement generation and UI/UX prototyping.
• Strong knowledge or experience in Data, AI, and Cloud technologies is a major plus.
• Background in Software Development is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills to interpret client needs into actionable technical insights.
• Self- motivated and able to work independently to drive the presales process forward.
• English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for working with global clients.
• Cross- Functional Collaboration: Ability to work smoothly across Business, Presales, and Engineering teams.
