Business Analyst Securities, Banking Service

We are a fast- growing securities firm in Vietnam undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation. As part of our strategy, we are enhancing our core business systems and developing platforms to support sales performance, commission structures, and customer engagement.
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst (BA) to join our Technology Division and work across multiple business- critical platforms. The BA will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into system requirements, and support the design and delivery of effective and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements (PRD, user stories, process flows, etc.).
Participate in solution design discussions, system testing, UAT, and user onboarding.
Document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements or automation opportunities.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for both core operational systems and sales- related platforms.
Support ongoing enhancements and change requests as business needs evolve.
Help ensure that system developments align with industry best practices and local regulations.
Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Must- Have:
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in financial services or technology- driven environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem- solving skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in cross- functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of business domains such as securities operations, sales performance, or customer incentive programs.
Nice- to- Have:
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
• Knowledge of data flows, system integrations, and reporting logic.
• Experience in the Securities, Banking, or Fintech industry.
