Business Analyst (SQL)

Able to work with data, analyze useful information is a plus.
Be the liaison between the business units, technical teams, and support teams during the progress of implementation.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs, functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface mock- up.
Elicit requirements using document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, tasks and work- flow analysis.
Involve in UAT testing to make sure the outcome meets business needs.

Good at analytical skills, detail/result- oriented, and work well under pressure.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in non- Computer Sciences/IT can be considered if earning good knowledge/hands- on experience.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science/IT
Good verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese & English).
