PURPOSE
• Lead the Agile development process and reach the goal of each sprint
• Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
• Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects
• Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
• Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct impact analysis and implement the system design
• Ensuring end- user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.

• Engage into the Agile Development Life Cycle
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock- ups

• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem- solving
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Modeling techniques and methods
• Define “As is” and “To be” Flows for the overall.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years work experience in full systems development
• Ability to effectively influence and lead multiple levels of an organization through functional boundaries
• Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. mainframe, client- server, relational databases, and web- based /app architectures)
• Must have a solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, querying software, OLAP, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data mining)
• Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
• Proven time management cum organization skills (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines).
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Proficient in Agile development approach
• Exemplify good interpersonal communication skills at all levels of business users, IT, partners and vendors
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions.
• Deep appreciation of latest and emerging technologies and practice, such as DevOps, Cloud, Microservice and Mobile development.
• Knowledge and experience in working API mapping / specification and API sequence flow cross systems.
