The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and implement effective solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Collect service fees from clients on time and manage billing processes.
Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Pitch proposals to potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
Provide expert advice on best practices in eCommerce and digital transformation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategic plans to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce and digital transformation.
Results- oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
Proven experience as a Business Consultant or similar role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
