Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities
As a Business Data Analyst at Kimberly-Clark you will serve as a key implementer for developing data solutions and analytic tailored to the needs of Kimberly-Clark Vietnam (KCVN). This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, working closely with vendors, Regional IT team, Route To Market, Sales Capability, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Efficiency, Trade Marketing, modern trade & Ecommerce. Expecting to driving innovation, provide a meaningful analytical report.
  • Act as a key driver in developing and implementing data solutions and analytics tailored to KCVN's specific needs across various functions, including Route To Market, Sales Capabiity, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Efficiency, Trade Marketing.
  • Foster a proactive and collaborative approach, working closely with vendors, the Regional IT team, and various business stakeholders to identify challenges, analyze data, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Be a catalyst for innovation, exploring new and cutting-edge data analysis techniques and technologies to drive business growth and optimize operations.
  • Develop and evaluate data models to predict future outcomes, optimize processes, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations through compelling reports and presentations.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (powerBI) and techniques to create visually appealing dashboards and reports that communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Work closely with various business teams to understand their needs, translate data insights into actionable strategies, and collaborate on implementing data-driven solutions
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster a data-driven culture within KCVN, promoting data literacy and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and tools, continuously expanding your skillset and exploring new ways to leverage data for enhanced business performance.

You’re also a university graduate with a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related area, and have at least 2 years of continuous work experience. Essential Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on data analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, ideally within the FMCG or retail industry, modern trade and Ecommerce channel.
  • Strong understanding of statistical and analytical methodologies like hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage system integration and data integrity.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting software.
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation techniques.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages like Python or R (desired).
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across various functions.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a passion for innovation and driving meaningful results through data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
