Business Development

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and build up development plans.
Assist in developing business plans, pitches, presentations, references, and other documents as required.
Ad- hoc tasks.
Act as a link between the Company and customers to ensure customers&039; interest in the Company&039;s services.
Ensure excellent customer service through regular customer follow- up.
Develop relationships and take care of partners/customers to achieve sales targets while still ensuring satisfaction.
Support in resolving and handling issues during project implementation or cooperating process.
Find new potential partners/customers for the Company&039;s products/services, develop new business opportunities to ensure KPIs, and increase sales.
Build positive, long- term relationships with agents, corporate customers, partners, and branches.
Carry out outbound activities (phone calls, emails, networking...) to create business opportunities.
Participate in developing market research and evaluation reports.
Report works progress and new activities to relevant parties.
Work with the marketing department to conduct forecasts of industry trends and market analysis to build strategies.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related software.
Ready to work abroad if needed.
Keep up with the flexible and versatile schedule to follow with both domestic and international customers.
Confident with public speaking, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast- paced environment.
Has a strong knowledge in economics.
Advanced and deep understanding the EU Market (rules, terms and standards).
Ability to research and analyze the target market.
Strong negotiation and bargain skill set.
Fluently in English (writing and verbal).
Team management and problem- solving skills.
Willing to go on business trips when required.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
