As a Business Development Consultant you will develop and implement sales activities to generate company revenue and profit as well as embrace client journey for value added partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage and promote new sales activities
Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
Approach potential clients through various channels with solutions and a consultative selling approach
Promote the Esoft brand via social media (LinkedIn)
Manage lead generation activities based on segmentation focus
To enhance partnership with clients
Be the voice of our clients and address their concerns internally
Constantly refine the value proposition and value adds towards strategic partnership
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Conduct upselling activities
Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
Create positive, long- lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Conduct business development meetings and key account management meetings
To perform other supporting tasks
Manage virtual and in- person sales meetings
Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
Develope rapport with key decision makers
Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Translating proposals into ready- to- sign contracts
Coordinate with other departments to fulfil our deliverables
