Strategic Planning & P&L Management

Identify new business models, partnerships, and opportunities to expand market presence.
Take full ownership of P&L, ensure sustainable financial performance through effective planning, monitoring, and optimization of resources.
Build and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets for the business unit.

Market & Portfolio Development

Drive innovation and launch of new offerings to maximize market potential.
Develop and manage product/service portfolio strategy aligned with company’s growth objectives.
Lead market analysis to capture emerging trends, competitive movements, and customer insights.

Business Development & Partnerships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and KOLs to strengthen the company’s market position.
Explore opportunities in new market segments or geographies.
Negotiate and close strategic deals that support long- term growth.

Sales & Marketing Enablement

Drive cross- functional collaboration to deliver strong customer value propositions.
Provide direction to sales teams to achieve short- term and long- term revenue objectives.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing leaders to define go- to- market strategies and ensure effective execution.

Leadership & People Development

Build, develop, and inspire a high- performing team aligned with company’s vision and values.
Provide coaching and mentoring to future leaders within the business unit.
Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer- centricity.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.
Manage risks and ensure operational excellence across all business activities.

At least 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, or Business Unit Leadership in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Device industry.
Proven track record in managing P&L and delivering revenue growth.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management or related fields (MBA preferred).
Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
