Maximize branch profitability by managing controllable costs such as personnel, transportation, inventory operations, and minimizing loss/wastage.
Guide and motivate the human resource team to develop the potential of the branches to the maximum extent.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and an evaluation system for all employees (excluding existing revenue- related KPIs) to boost work performance, increase motivation, and maximize revenue.
Lead and Manage the Business Development team to meet revenue targets within the budget and maximize the conversion rate from potential leads to actual customers.
Coordinate with Branch Managers to create an overall weekly sales plan and periodically evaluate this plan each week to ensure the achievement of sales targets and other assigned goals. Weekly and monthly reporting of action plans to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure sales and operational goals are met.
Coordinate with Branch Managers to maintain the highest customer retention rate (assigned quarterly).
Develop and manage the overall business plan for the entire branch system.
Develop and review operational manuals to ensure efficient and uniform operating procedures.
Ensure adequate human resources (both in quality and quantity).
Coordinate with Branch Managers to drive customer volume growth (new customer traffic) and improve the conversion rate from Free Trial (FT) to official customers.
