Marketplace Growth & Channel Development
Collaborate with Marketing and Data teams to run regional performance campaigns and leverage insights to boost conversion.
Oversee store setup, traffic growth, conversion optimization, and customer retention strategies.
Drive category expansion and channel diversification to achieve aggressive GMV growth.
Negotiate and optimize regional trade terms, campaigns, and co- marketing initiatives.
Lead strategic partnerships with major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Amazon SEA).
Strategic Alliances & Ecosystem Building
Build alliances with payment gateways, logistics partners, enablers, and technology vendors to strengthen the e- commerce ecosystem.
Evaluate and execute regional partnerships, licensing, or M&A opportunities that accelerate scaling.
Represent the company in strategic forums and industry networks to strengthen regional brand visibility.
Business Performance & Revenue Leadership
Implement automation and business intelligence dashboards to optimize performance visibility.
Establish and monitor key business KPIs: GMV, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins.
Own the revenue targets and profitability of all SEA markets.
Lead data- driven commercial planning and market forecasting.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
Build and lead a regional BD and commercial team, developing local leaders and ensuring market alignment.
Promote collaboration across country teams, ensuring consistent brand experience and market execution.
