Customer outreach: searching and approaching potential customers (individuals and businesses) through various channels: directly, by phone, email, and social networks.
Participate in marketing campaigns or international travel trade events to promote products and services.
Marketing and Sales
Consulting and sales: consulting customers on suitable products and services, answering all questions, and closing successful service contracts.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Achieve sales targets: Ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.
Sales planning: Develop personal sales plans and monitor progress.
Performance analysis: Analyze work performance and propose improvement solutions.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and execute sales plans, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirement:
Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively sell and negotiate deals.
Market Research and Analysis Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret market data.
Proficiency in Relevant Software: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools
Proficiency in English communication, particularly in written and spoken forms, is essential when collaborating with international partners.
Product Development Skills: Ability to conceptualize and develop new products and services.
Bachelor&039;s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Technology or related fields.
Customer Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
At least 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the tourism, banking, insurance, fintech, or technology industries.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the tourism industry and its trends.
Problem- solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. "
