Main Responsibilities:
Learn to set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
Serve as a point of contact and help handle customers&039; individual needs
Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Work with the Marketing and Sales team to meet the sales conversion rate KPI.
Support conflict resolution and provide solutions to customers promptly
Support the planning and execution of business strategies
Assist in developing positive relationships with clients
Assist in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
Requirements:
Experience in the IT Outsourcing industry is an advantage.
Good time management skills
Knowledge or experience in digital marketing is a plus
Business acumen with a problem- solving attitude
Bachelor&039;s degree in sales, marketing, or the relevant field
Professional communication skills in English: written, verbal, and presentation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good analytical thinking
Understanding of sales performance metrics
An ability to deliver and answer inquiries on time
