Business Development Executive

DUTIES AND TASKS
• On- boards 50% of the Crescent Mall Tenancy as Partner Stores of the Crescent Mall Gift Voucher Program (CMGV) – about 11- 15 new Partner Stores on- boarding monthly.
• Builds B2B client list, approach for sales, and close deals for CMGV Program. Target is at least seven (07) clients issuing at least VND50,000,000 gift vouchers to constituents monthly.
• Reports to the CRM and Loyalty Program Manager for related tasks.
• Sustain Partner Stores via renewals and contract extensions of at least 80% of the target Partner Stores monthly.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and in writing.
• Knowledge in retail management, loyalty program, gifting, and CRM industries is preferable.
• Can work independently, deploy business development strategies, sharp in identifying challenges and brainstorm solutions.
• At least 1- 2 years of experience in business development.
• Talent in networking and confidence in presenting innovation programs that eventually results to buy- in of the product/service.
• Graduate of business management, sales and marketing, or other related fields.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written is essential.
• Strong people skills, patient, collaborator, excellent problem- solver, and exhibits grace under pressure.
• Positive outlook, team- player, fast- learner, meticulous, willing to be trained and learn further.
