DUTY & RESPONSIBLE
Brand Ambassador
As the Business Development Executive, you will primary role will be as Brand Ambassador for the company, being the face of the company in external events and providing knowledge and training to consumers/event customers/internal employees on the company products and history. You will find and build relationships with external business partners and drive new. Other duties will include market search, developing business strategies and managing a variety of events projects and identifying new business opportunities.
- You will be required to undertake a fast- track training program to enhance your knowledge and expertise of craft beer (beer process, ingredients used etc) in Vietnam and become an expert in the products and history of Pasteur Street craft beer company (a comprehensive training and induction course will be provided by the CEO)
- Represent Pasteur Street Craft Beer at industry networking events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and build valuable relationships.
- Engage with industry professionals, potential partners, and customers to promote our craft beer offerings and generate interest in our products.
Partnership Development:
- Collaborate with existing partners to drive consumers to visit our taprooms, while also proactively seeking new opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
- Find, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers across targeted companies.
Business Strategy:
- Identify growth opportunities and create action plans to achieve consumer sales targets across our portfolio of taprooms.
Sales and Performance Tracking & Report:
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and revenue growth regularly. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data- driven decisions.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Meeting monthly activity target.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Weekly & monthly report on performance.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
Market Analysis:
- Utilize data- driven insights to make recommendations to marketing manager.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement.
Brand Promotion:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional activities, events, and campaigns that showcase the unique value of our craft beer products
