Business Development Executive

Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Business Development Advisor to represent our firm and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence while enhancing our value proposition to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Group 1: Client & Business Development
Identify and Engage Prospective Clients to Support the Firm’s Growth
Foster Long- Term Relationships with Existing Clients through Timely Follow- Ups and Effective Communication
Represent the Firm at the Professional Networking Events to Strengthen Company Reputation and Expand Market Reach
Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Initiatives Aligned with Monthly or Quarterly Targets
Group 2: Project Coordination & Billing
Oversee Project Timelines by Monitoring Progress and Updating Internal Teams and Clients
Serve as the Primary Client Liaison, Handling Queries and Coordinating with Internal Teams
Manage Billing and Payments by Preparing Invoices, Following Up, and Maintaining Financial Records
Group 3: Marketing & Operations
Manage the Firm’s Fanpage and Website by Communication with Clients and Creating, and Monitoring Content
Create and Coordinate Marketing Content & Initiatives in Collaboration with the Legal Team
Track Monthly Business and Project Budget and Costs to Ensure Alignment with Allocated Resources
Key Skills and Qualification Required:
- Financial Management (Nice- to- have)
- Business Acumen (Must- have)
- Marketing Expertise (Nice- to- have)
- Experience (Preferred): At least 2 years of experience in business and market development with proven track record indicated by data
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or German will be considered an advantage.
- Networking and Client Relationship Management (Must- have) : Proven track record in effective networking, understanding customer psychology, and maintaining strong client relationships.
