Business Development Executive

• Play a key role in developing and executing business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify, approach, and qualify potential partners within the Web3 ecosystem, leveraging a strong network.
• Draw up partners&039; contracts and proposals when necessary.
• Cultivate new and ongoing relationships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem, ensuring a robust network for future collaborations.
• Track and report on business development activities, progress, and achievements to management.
• Keep up- to- date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and industry trends.
• Propose and negotiate creative win- win partnerships with new blockchain/ Web3 partners, project integrations, communities, and more.
• Work cross- functionally with various teams to align on strategic goals.
• A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting external parties.
• Participate in industry conferences, events, and networking activities to promote our company&039;s brand and forge new partnerships.
• Tenacity and drive to seek new businesses, and partnerships, and meet or exceed targets.

• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
• Able to work in a high- intensity, fast- paced startup environment
• Enthusiasm for constantly being on the go and meeting new people.
• Passion for learning continuously outside the comfort zone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — needed to communicate with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to think strategically and have an analytical mindset.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Work hours are adaptable to accommodate meetings and calls with partners in different countries.
• Being highly intelligent, adaptable, and capable of self- directed learning is an important factor.
• Have knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus point
