Business Development Executive

- Identify and contact potential business clients through various channels to acquire job postings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision- makers at target companies.
- Present Aniday’s value proposition and services effectively to potential clients.
- Promote Aniday’s full suite of services, including headhunting and payroll solutions, to new clients.
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), specifically focusing on the number of acquired jobs
- Regularly report on business development activities, progress, and results

Required skills and experiences

- Self- motivated with a results- oriented mindset.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process and HR services.
- Good English communication

- Experienced working at a fast- growing tech startup company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
