Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who will take the lead in attracting, engaging, and nurturing high- value players through exceptional experiences and personalized service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high- end hospitality environment and has a passion for building meaningful relationships.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation and trust.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, identifying potential VIP/VVIP players and business partners.
• Represent The Palazzo Club at internal and external events, promoting the brand image and player programs.
• Plan and execute special events and player engagement programs aligned with business goals.
• Deliver superior guest experiences through personalized service, ensuring satisfaction and long- term loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Manage and update player databases to ensure accurate records for tracking, follow- up, and event invitations.
• Guide and support Hosts/BDRs, approving player- related requests and ensuring top- tier guest handling.
• Develop and execute Player Development programs to attract, retain, and maximize loyalty among premium players.
• Monitor and analyze player activity to tailor marketing campaigns and event invitations.
• Support Business Development Manager in strategy execution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification
Must have
• At least 3 years of experience in a Hospitality environment such as Casino, Hotel, Resort, or other high- end service industry.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Excellent English proficiency (knowledge of Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is a plus).
• College or University graduate (any major).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with local laws and regulations.
• Solid understanding of casino operations, player tracking systems, and credit procedures.
