Business Development (New Clients)
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs
Consult and propose suitable e- commerce and digital solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the e- commerce and digital commerce space
Account Management (Existing Clients)
Identify upselling and cross- selling opportunities to maximize account revenue
Coordinate with internal teams (Performance, Content, Operations, Creative, Tech) to ensure smooth project execution
Understand client business objectives and recommend effective solutions
Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the primary point of contact
Monitor project timelines, service quality, and deliverables
Chinese Communication Support
Translate sales documents, product information, and internal communications between Chinese and Vietnamese/English.
Act as a communication bridge between Chinese- speaking managers/partners and the local team.
Understand client needs and objectives to effectively deliver tailored eCommerce solutions.
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and effective relationships.
Support team in communicate with Chinese client in meeting, message
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Track sales pipelines, account performance, and revenue using CRM tools
Report to Sales Manager and perform other tasks as assigned
Maintain accurate and up- to- date client records
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and professional knowledge.
Position requirement:
Hardworking, detail- oriented and responsible in work
At least 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Consulting roles (B2C preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and passion for technology.
Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills are required
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Commitment and Entitlement:
Salary: Negotiable
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30
Working location: Sala Urban Area, No. 21- 23 B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc city, HCM city
Probation: 2 months
Working in International company – Singapore company
