Business Development Executive (Fluent In English)

Collect and record customer information, as well as assess patients’ conditions upon arrival at the clinic.
Collaborate closely with dentists to provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Prepare and manage patient records and treatment plans accurately and professionally.
Consult and persuade patients to agree to treatment plans (conversion rate KPI applied).

Proactive, persistent, eager to learn, and continuously improve personal skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Honest, dedicated, and detail- oriented in daily work.
At least 6 months – 1 year of experience in consulting or sales
Strong communication skills; friendly, polite, and positive attitude toward customers.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and listening).
Well- groomed appearance, professional and approachable demeanor.

After 2 months of probation, an official labor contract will be signed with full social, health, and unemployment insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN).
Provided training in consulting skills and other essential soft skills.
