Business Development Executive (Full-Time)

Proactively execute sales initiatives through offline channels (events, workshops, networking sessions) to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Identify, connect with, and build long- term relationships with potential business partners and clients.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to the Manager.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design campaigns that align with business development objectives.
Contribute to shaping strategies for business growth, partnerships, and corporate sales opportunities.
Develop and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and client meeting materials.
Manage and grow STEEL’s LinkedIn channel as a professional sales and branding platform for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese (Korean proficiency is an advantage).
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong passion for fitness, wellness, and an active lifestyle (experience in training or sports participation is a plus).
Strong teamwork spirit with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms is an advantage
Proactive, self- motivated, and results- oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
