INNOMIZE is looking for a talented Sales Executive (Middle) to join our team; this role is responsible for pre- selling and selling to new clients and providing excellent service in support of team revenue goals in the IT market.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Build and maintain a solid brand awareness of a professional brand image in the industry.
Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and service offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
Build trust and long- term relationships with clients and customers.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for weekly progress reports.
Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline and drive pursuit.
Qualify leads and identify key decision- makers within target organizations.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology/ Business Administration or related field.
Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure.
Experience in working towards fixed deadlines and client expectation management.
Ability to think creatively and strategically
At least 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, any experience in B2B sales, or business administration.
Ability to research, update and analyze market trends.
At least 1 year of sales experience in an IT outsourcing/offshore industry.
Experience working in a client support role.
English Proficiency in both writing and speaking is a must.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficient computer skills (Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software).
Ability to build rapport.
