Business Development Executive (Japan/English) - Upto 30M

Analyze client requirements and identify pain points to determine how Rikkei’s solutions can effectively address them.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, schedule meetings, and coordinate calendars with potential clients.
Manage and maintain accurate records of new and potential clients in CRM tools such as HubSpot, ensuring all customer information is updated and tracked properly.
Support Team Lead/Account Manager in nurturing client relationships and assisting with project- related matters when needed.
Collaborate with the team to conduct market research and support market entry strategies for targeted regions.
Identify new business opportunities by leveraging emails, phone calls, and social media to introduce Rikkei’s services and understand client needs.
Proactively search and reach out to potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, Email, marketing tools provided by the company, etc.).

At least 1 year experience in Sales, Business Development, or client engagement (IT industry preferred).
Strong communication and relationship- building skills.
Diplomatic ability, fondness and good communication skills, flexible problem- solving ability
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
Japanese equivalent to N1 or N2 and English Communication.
Strong research and analytical skills to prepare insightful client and market reports.

Minimum of 13 months’ salary per year
