VNF is looking for a Business Development Executive to join the Industries Team at our spin- off company – RetriV.

JOB DESCRIPTION – TECHNICAL SALES – FULLTIME (HCMC OFFICE)
1- Department: Industries Department
2- Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in the water treatment/nutrient recovery sector.
- Introduce and promote VNF’s bio- based products and solutions for water treatment and environmental management.
- Provide pre- sales and post- sales technical support:
+ Conduct customer site visits, conduct jartest, evaluate application conditions, and recommend appropriate product solutions.
+ Guide product usage, dosage, and application protocols based on technical requirements.
+ Collect customer feedback and provide troubleshooting support.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and technical teams to:
+ Organize product trials and monitor performance in real- life applications.
+ Develop product presentations, usage guides, and technical data sheets.
- Other tasks requested by Project Lead.
- Maintain customer relationships, follow up on leads, and support account growth.
