Mô tả công việc

Able to work independently and possess ability to lead Business Development and Marketing team in Oil & Gas project
Able Business Development Strategy:

Integrate and align business activities with TUV NORD Vietnam office.
Managing and achieving sales growth and target by implementing a strategic sales plan
Develop and maintain client and project target list
Develop commercial strategy and approach for deal origination, business proposals and bid submission that meets the client’s requirements highlighting TUV’s value proposition.
Analyze market intelligence for new projects and opportunities
Strategize and formulate business development and marketing plans for department to identify new and/or target market and business opportunities or propose business solutions to ensure the sustainable growth and development of Oil and Gas Business.

Business Development and Marketing:

Identifying and pursuing new business sales opportunities both by use of the company database, networking, opportunities, industry events etc.
Enhance visibility and footprint of TUV NORD’s Oil and Gas Business in Vietnam with key players/customers/projects.
To expands Company’s client base by identifying new client prospect and ensure company’s strong presence.
Collaborate with other professional (Project / Engineering / Construction) division and other support teams to ensure successful implementations.
Preparing proposal take-up meeting material and coordinate with relevant division during proposal and inquiry stage.
Research for industry outlook and trends as well as sales opportunities for business proportion undertake.
To identify potential new Client and market analysis.
Lead and drive the execution of Oil and Gas key business development strategies and marketing plans for TUV NORD Vietnam office to secure new businesses and/or expand market share to ensure sustainable growth and development of Oil and Gas Business.

Business Evaluation:

Lead the evaluation and negotiation with charterers, strategic partners, and technical consultants in relation to new building term charters, agreements or investment opportunities to determine the economic viability as well as operational and technical compatibility with Oil and Gas Business and TUV NORD Group’s long-term strategies and plans.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure communication of client needs and expectations between the Company and the client and between Departments in the Company.
Strategize and drive the customer relationship management activities to ensure existing customers are retained and new customers in Vietnam are continuously secured for sustainable business growth.
Interact with Managers in Client and potential client ortanisations, professionally and socially, to maintain relationships with Clients and potential clients.
Understand client needs and assist in the development of project solutions that satisfy those requirements and provide new opportunities for the Company.
Foster and develop positive client relationships which result in increased and repeat business.

People Development:

Provide specific guidance and motivation to drive the development of a ready pool of capable and competent Business Development professionals with strong focus on customers, operational excellence and innovation to underpin Oil and Gas Business sustainable growth and high-performance culture.

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Preferably well known in the Oil and Gas / Process Technology Industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Economics/ Marketing/ Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years of experience in managerial or equivalent position in Oil and Gas Industry, preferably with business development and marketing exposure.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in professional English (oral/written).
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Business minded with good problem-solving skills.
Exceptional market and client awareness and excellent presentation skills.
