Supervise proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proposals and campaigns meet client objectives.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Provide training, coaching, and motivation for the sales team.
Develop business strategies and sales plans for digital media and integrated marketing campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client portfolio.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry insights to guide business decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media partners, and stakeholders.
Yêu cầu công việc
High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong knowledge of digital media, Ad Network, Social Booking, IMC campaigns.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development within the advertising / digital marketing industry.
