Familiar with Thundersoft business and products
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Negotiate with clients including promote the deals and close sales
Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements
Track and report on sales activity, including pipeline and forecast
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including decision- makers at all levels
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential clients
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and trends in the industry
Experienced in business development or sales within the IT outsourcing industry
Fluent in Japanese. English is a plus
Able to develop new clients and build a database of potential clients in various sectors
