As a key member of our Sales team, the Business Development Manager reports to the General Manager. This role focuses on driving the sales of solutions to industrial customers (e.g. pharmaceutical, food, …). Responsibilities include product demonstrations, collaboration with the sales team, and cultivating relationships with key accounts. The objective is to contribute to sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about industry trends. This position is instrumental in advancing our mission to provide innovative industrial solutions and fostering lasting connections within the sectors.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Tasks:
· Other tasks: Perform other tasks as required by the management.
· Achieve sales and profit targets: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, analyse data, and propose solutions for improvement.
· Analyse Sales Data and Reporting: This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing sales trends, and preparing reports for management.
· Develop and maintain customer relationships: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers. Search for and approach new customers, especially large customers in the industrial sector. Advise and support customers during the purchasing process.
· Develop and implement sales strategies: Research the market, analyse competitors to identify opportunities and challenges. Develop detailed sales plans, including sales targets, resource allocation, and specific sales activities. Ensure sales plans are aligned with overall company goals.
· Represent the Company: represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
· Propose solutions to improve products and services to meet market needs. Resolve arising problems: Handle customer complaints and inquiries. Coordinate with CCD department and technical department to resolve problems during the sales process
· Market report: Sales executive needs to stay informed about industry trends, competing activities, and new product or service offerings.

· Leadership skills: Ability to manage, operate, and motivate the team.
· Sales skills: Knowledge of products, services, sales processes, and communication and negotiation skills.
· Bachelor&039;s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical, Engineering, Medical field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering)
