In order to achieve this mission, Business Development is one of the most important pieces of the bridge between. You will play a critical role in driving the company&039;s growth by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities, understanding the business goals and challenges of the customers, and finding out how Magestore enablers can benefit the customer..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and regularly update forecasts.
Lead nurturing: Set up the sequences for Omnichannel outbound communication channels, content, events
Upon qualification, take ownership of the full sales cycle, acting as a Business Consultant/ Account Manager.
Building relationships, developing trust and nurturing the sales procedures and pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads to meet sales targets.
Set up meetings and demos between prospects and account executives
Actively look for data from different channels: Cold data, Data network from events, from partners, etc. Perform different approaches to cold reach the client, present company products to gain interest.
Prep for lead magnets with the Marketing team: sales material, whitepaper, ebook, webinar, etc
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will be expected to possess and display the following skills, knowledge, and attributes in order to excel in the role:
Great at communicating: You love connecting with people, building rapport, and thriving on having conversations.
Curiosity & Innovation: You are curious about the industry you sell into, the buyers you connect with, and all the things that make the company you work for tick. Willing to try new things to achieve the target.
Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 700+ is preferable)
Tech savvy, quickly learn new tools and new product by playing the software & comprehending written materials
Knowledge of additional sales tools and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
Strong critical thinking and a good business mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Adaptive and eager to learn
Being flexible, creative and customer- centric
Be resilient: You have to be comfortable with the uncomfortable- aka- getting lots of no’s and outright rejections, as well as continuously hunt for new prospects.
Having 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service, the same industry is a plus.
Love for learning about e- business and company operations and processes
Willingness to work with flexible hours to talk with customers in different timezones.
