Job Description:
Result- driven and organized individual to promote the representation of the organization in a positive and sets the example for our standard of excellence.
Coordinate campaigns to our network of international distributors & business development agents.
Follow up with all business development agents, distributors, referrals communication efficiently, maintain relationship with all partners by reaching out monthly.
Maintain awareness of inventory, market pricing, revenue goal, company’s procedures.
Serve as an educational and inspirational source for existing clients and team member on products and materials information.
Convert leads and drive traffic towards revenue generation via company digital channels (email, social, IM), events, campaigns, advertising and networking efforts.
Understand and implement, when it is appropriate, upselling and cross- selling tactics.
Always on constant search for new opportunities to grow our markets both retail and projects.
Support Brand Manager develop business development plan, including but not limited to: sales scheme, pricing reviews, market analysis, …
Job Requirement:
Must be highly organized, able to prioritize and multi- task in a fast- paced environment.
Experience with CRM system preferred.
Experienced in working/ studying abroad is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure and complete assignments accurately.
Experience in the equivalent position and interior industry for at least 3 years.
Knowledge and understanding of the interior markets, furniture designs, and technical attributes.
Advanced in English.
Excellent in communications and team sensibility.
Interior styling and visual merchandising skills are highly preferred.
