JOB DESCRIPTION

What will we do?

80% execution

  • Work closely with your Sales Ops Leader to enhance the Sales Team's operational system by leveraging available technologies and data management tools.

  • Set up campaign, emails, materials, and playbook with AE, SDR, and B2B marketing to support Sales Team operation.

  • Assist in maintaining a fluid communication line during project execution to keep track and error detection during the execution phase. 

  • Proactively manage your tasks and make logical explanations, solutions, and data management to ensure and optimize the success of the project scope.

  • Assist your senior in documenting important working procedures, presentations, reports…

20% research

  • Research per functionality across different tools to further enhance the current sales operational system.

  • Make a weekly report to discuss your findings and bring more suggestions to the table with your assigned scope,

JOB DESCRIPTION

What will you do?

  • Performing volume-based outreach via cold call, E-mail, Linkedin and other communication platforms. 

  • Evaluating and improving sales top funnel to ensure the conversion rate for AE. 

  • Deep understanding and consulting to clients, keeping both their priorities and interests in mind.

  • Creating personal branding via social media to increase awareness and trust from the community.

  • Developing a customer-obsessed strategy with clients and strengthening industry partnerships via tele-communication.

  • Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.

  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.

  • Managing direct sales and their interests on top funnel (pre-sales to Account Executive transition).

REQUIREMENTS

Skill& Knowledge

  • Having a great interest in Business Development for B2B Market Globally; Open for freshers. Familiarity in the SaaS industry is a plus.

  • Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency is a core requirement.

  • International colleges/universities are a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Able to handle high volume & repetitive working processes.

  • Entrance or basic knowledge of business development, sales, and brand expansion.

  • A keen eye on identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships with a customer-obsessed mindset.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    What you will do:

    • Work closely with Marketing & Sales Ops to manage inbound sales opportunities and improve top-funnel campaigns to convert leads into opportunities.

    • Conduct data-driven prospect research by identifying prospect needs based on their business operations and determining if their needs align with our solution.

    • Generate leads and nurture warm prospects for your Account Executive’s sales pipeline through outbound channels, including but not limited to Emails, Cold-Calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and text messages outreach in volume.

    • Collaborate with Account Executives to pass down opportunities for deal closure and support any sales-related stakeholders working with your opportunities.

    • Identify best practices for refining the company's lead generation playbook.

    REQUIREMENTS

    What we are looking for:

    Skills & Knowledge

    • Fluent English communication skills, as our customer base is 100% from English-speaking countries.

    • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, or Lead Generation tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

    • Experience in a customer-facing role, especially in the SaaS/Software industry, is a plus.

    • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing is an advantage.
