Business Development Specialist

Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in English Speaking Country.
Conduct market research and stay up- to- date with industry trends to identify potential clients and emerging markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements to propose tailored IT solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and online forums.
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven track record of achieving business development targets and closing deals.
Nice to have: Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
Excellent English skills (IELTS 7.0).
At least 1 years of experience in business development/ sales B2B, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
