Business Development Specialist (Ecommerce)

Reporting to the Country Director and Business Development Manager, the incumbent is responsible for leads generation for the company’s business in Vietnam.
· Problem solver, taking initiative to work with relevant parties to fulfil clients’ requirements
· Acquire market intelligence and critical commercial knowledge on e- commerce to assist sales team and clients to achieve business objectives
· Manage relationship with existing clients, maintain the close partnership and strive for new business opportunities
· Any other ad- hoc duties as assigned by manager
· Search for potential customers, cold calls and if need be, arrange for visits to local companies in Vietnam
· Fully understand and familiar with company’s full scope of services and businesses, strategize and customize service solutions offering to clients based on their requirements
· Keep client database updated and conduct cold calls for new business leads
· Establish and manage relationship with platform partners on potential business opportunities and strategic collaboration

· Strong in data analysis, pay strong attention to details and proactive in sharing ideas and solutions.
· At least a university degree.
· Has existing relationships with e- commerce platform partners in Vietnam.
· Analytical, creative, meticulous and result oriented.
· From 3 years of working experience in a business development, sales, marketing function in e- commerce, trade and other B2C sales industry will be an advantage.
· Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast- paced environment.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
