Business Development Specialist - Work From Home At Ha Noi

- Keep client database updated and conduct cold calls for new business leads
- Acquire market intelligence and critical commercial knowledge on e- commerce to assist sales team and clients to achieve business objectives
- Manage relationship with existing clients, maintain the close partnership and strive for new business opportunities
- Establish and manage relationship with platform partners on potential business opportunities and strategic collaboration
- Problem solver, taking initiative to work with relevant parties to fulfil clients’ requirements
- Fully understand and familiar with company’s full scope of services and businesses, strategize and customize service solutions offering to clients based on their requirements
- Search for potential customers, cold calls and if need be, arrange for visits to companies in Vietnam, specially customers in Northern of Viet Nam.
- Any other ad- hoc duties as assigned by senior management

- 3 years of working experience in a business development, sales, marketing function in e- commerce, trade and other B2C sales industry will be an advantage.
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast- paced environment.
- Strong in data analysis, pay strong attention to details and proactive in sharing ideas and solutions.
- Has existing relationships with e- commerce platform partners in Vietnam will be a plus.
- Analytical, creative, meticulous and result oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- University / College degree.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
