This role combines data operations, platform management (Salesforce, Tazapay), governance, and analytics, and is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of both business processes and data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Role Overview
Manage, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce CRM, including data models, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
Oversee the Tazapay platform to ensure seamless digital transaction processing, alignment with financial workflows, and accurate recordkeeping.
Ensure smooth integration between business systems (CRM, finance, operations, and support platforms) and oversee upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
Data Infrastructure & Pipeline Management
Oversee the company&039;s data infrastructure including database systems, data lakes/warehouses, and other cloud- based storage or processing tools.
Monitor and optimize performance of data systems to ensure high availability, security, and reliability.
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes that support reliable, scalable, and efficient data flow across platforms.
Data Governance & Security
Maintain documentation for data standards, processes, and access management
Implement access controls and data security protocols to safeguard sensitive and confidential information in compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
Develop and enforce data governance frameworks and policies to ensure responsible and ethical data usage.
Data Management & Quality Assurance
Lead efforts to collect, clean, validate, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
Proactively monitor and audit data quality to identify anomalies, address inconsistencies, and implement preventive strategies.
Establish and maintain master data management practices across departments.
Analytics, Reporting & Strategic Decision Support
Support decision- makers with strategic analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning based on business needs.
Translate business questions into technical data requirements and provide reporting solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and visualizations.
Cross- Functional Collaboration & Support
Participate in cross- functional projects and lead data- related initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Act as a bridge between IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations to identify data needs and deliver practical, value- driven data solutions.
Conduct training sessions, create user guides, and provide day- to- day support on data tools and platforms to internal stakeholders.
Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
Identify bottlenecks in data workflows, resolve system or user- level data issues, and recommend enhancements.
Continuously assess and improve data operations processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and automation.
